Have y’all heard the good news? We’re movin’ and shakin’ up in DFW! We decided to kick things off with a Galentine’s celebration Leslie Knope would be proud of! Since moving here in August, I’ve (Anna) had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful planners and vendors who have so warmly welcomed Loot and myself to the DFW area. In honor of Galentine’s and our nine year anniversary, it seemed only fitting to give back to this wonderful community of event planners. Our efforts to elevate the events industry would be lost without their support.
Among those who I met, was Margery with Artspace111 in Fort Worth. She had just finished redesigning her gallery and event space and was looking to showcase it in a unique way. When I suggested a Galentine’s event to treat our beloved planners in the industry, she jumped at the chance to co-host the event. I would not have been able to pull this off without the help of her amazing team and generosity.
We also owe a huge thank you to Grant Daniels who was behind the camera making
our Loot look real good. The Greenhouse 817 brought the stunning florals and bouquet bar to tie everything together perfectly!
Magdalena’s catered the most delicious 2-course lunch the that we’ll be daydreaming about for longer than we’d care to admit. Don’t even get us started on the dessert by Wonderful Kakes!
We feel so lucky to be a part of this incredible community in DFW!
We can’t wait to create more magic with y’all in funky town.
We also want to give a big thank you to Laura E. West for reading our lip prints
(Yes! That’s a real thing and it was so fun!) DJ Soft Cherry set the mood with her
jams, The Bon Giorno Coffee Trike kept us happy & caffeinated, Garrison Brothers supplied the bourbon for our signature cocktail, Bar or Brew kept the drinks flowin’, and May I Serve U brought the incredible service! We love y’all and this Galentine’s celebration couldn’t have happened without you!
