Digital Marketing Manager, Austin, TX
We are seeking a talented and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a mid-level position and will report directly to the Creative Director. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to create effective digital campaigns that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our event rental services, increase brand visibility, and help fill the prospect pipeline.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audience segments, their preferences, and behavior, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a consistent brand message.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software to streamline processes, nurture leads, and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A relevant certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and experience in running successful social media campaigns.

DFW Operations Manager, Fort Worth, TX
Position Overview: Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time Operations Manager for our DFW location! This is an entry-level management position and will report directly to the Operations Director. This position will focus on leading the delivery team in providing excellent delivery services of our well coveted Loot furniture rentals for events and gatherings. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, amazing managerial skills and an incredible work ethic to the Loot team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead in managing delivery schedule
- Lead in loading and unloading orders making sure that quantities and items match exactly to the pull sheet
- Work under Operations Director to help keep the inventory in tip top shape and organized in warehouse
- Client correspondence on delivery logistics
- Manage a team of delivery drivers and crew members making sure they have proper uniform, delivery details, training on delivery procedure and truck packing/loading
- Manage the fleet making sure that trucks are clean and presentable, overflow truck rentals are procured, and truck maintenance is on schedule
- Maintaining and communicating needs for delivery supplies
- Ensure all crew have proper accommodations and per diem payments prior to limited out-of-town deliveries
- Performing deliveries in alignment to capacity needs
- Some after hour and weekend work expected
- On call for after hours deliveries and/or emergencies
- Support in managing warehouse operations
- Ensure all warehouse and delivery processes are followed

Warehouse/Delivery Crew and Driver (Part-Time), Fort Worth, TX
Loot Rentals is hiring a Warehouse Crew for our DFW location! These detail oriented individuals will support the fulfillment portion of our rental operation: assisting with the prepping of inventory for client orders, loading and unloading trucks, and making client deliveries to event venues and private residences under the leadership of our Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will bring energy, a great attitude, and problem solving skills to Loot’s DFW warehouse. This is a part-time hourly position with primarily night and weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the delivery of furniture rentals to various event venues and locations using company vehicles; some deliveries require using stairs or walking longer distances with heavy equipment with the assistance of moving tools
- Maintain and upkeep of furniture rentals including: sofas, large shelves, tables, rugs, chairs, and plants
- Picking and filling orders for delivery
- Navigating and utilizing inventory software
- Interaction and communication with event planners or contacts on-site with professional behavior and customer service skills
- Observing safety protocols and strong detail to avoid damage to rental items during loading and transport.
- Hours include mornings and evenings on weekends — sometimes starting as early as 7:00 am or as late as 1 am.
Job Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Work early mornings, late nights and weekends when needed.
- Ability to bend, walk/stand for 8 hours or more and lift 50lbs.
- Strong and clear communication skills.
- Customer service focused.
