Jasmine Barron

Client Relationship Coordinator, DFW

Jasmine Barron is passionate about helping people feel empowered, encouraged, valued, and seen. She brings a warm, people-first energy to everything she does.

Originally from San Diego, Jasmine moved to Fort Worth, Texas in November 2024 with her husband, Parker, and their chocolate poodle, Penny, who always keeps things playful and full of personality.
With over seven years of experience in client support, administration, and creative roles, Jasmine has built a skill set rooted in service, storytelling, and genuine care for people. She’s currently part of the team at Loot Rentals as the Client Relationship Coordinator.

Outside of work, Jasmine finds joy in creating fun and honest content on social media, exploring local farmers markets, shopping, and soaking up the little things like a good playlist, a cozy night in watching her favorite shows, or catching up with the people who make her feel grounded, known, and inspired. She’s passionate about lifting others up and being a steady, encouraging voice in both her work and her community.

Alex Brown

Client Relationship Lead, Business Development, DFW

Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, Alex is happiest when she’s near the water—whether she’s swimming or surfing at the beach, boating on the lake, or just lounging by the pool. On weekends, you’ll find her two-stepping with her best friends at the Stockyards.

Alex graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences, focusing on Event Management and Youth Development, all in just 3.5 years. After college, she moved back to Fort Worth to pursue her passion for wedding planning and fell in love with the Loot team along the way!

When she’s not at Loot, Alex is busy as a wedding coordinator and freelance florist. She loves baking sourdough, watching movies, and shopping at Trader Joe’s. As our Client Relationship Coordinator, Alex will be the first smiling face you see and talk to at Loot! We can’t wait for you to meet her.

Martin Wallace

Inventory Receiving Coordinator, DFW

Martin has been working with shop tools and creative technology for as long as he can remember. Growing up, he spent countless hours watching his stepfather build custom furniture, sparking a lifelong passion for making. That curiosity led him to earn a bachelor’s degree in sculpture and build a career full of hands-on creativity.

Before joining Loot, Martin spent nearly two decades as an academic librarian, staying on top of emerging creative technologies and teaching design and fabrication skills to students. Today, he loves that Loot is the first place where all his talents truly come together.

Martin has a unique fascination with intellectual property law—especially patents, trademarks, and copyrights—and is currently earning a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in intellectual property law at Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth.

A Texas native, Martin was born in Wichita Falls, studied in Denton, spent a decade in Maine, and is now happily rooted back in Fort Worth.

Lerron Bonner

Operations Assistant Manager, DFW

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Lerron is a devoted husband and proud father to two beautiful daughters. Guided daily by a strong faith in God and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, he has built a reputation for his “distinct touch,” obsessing over the details that turn an ordinary experience into something unforgettable.

When he’s not managing operations or ensuring that no detail falls through the cracks, Lerron can be found optimizing his life with ChatGPT, catching up on his favorite YouTubers, or happily overwhelming his beautiful wife with ideas and jokes. He approaches both work and life with the same care, precision, and integrity that define who he is.

Erin Schick

People & Culture Director, ATX

Erin comes to Loot after years of residency in the catering and hospitality industry. She knew she didn’t want to go far from the fast-paced events world, but happily landed in an employee focused role after falling in love with working with and for people. A native of south Alabama, she rolled with the Tide at the University of Alabama before heading to Austin, making a quick detour to the PNW, and wisely running back to Texas in 2021. Erin and her husband, Matt, have planted roots and love to spend time turning their house into their dream home with their two gentle giant pups. A true foodie, Erin loves to cook and try new recipes. When she’s not hard at work making Loot’s people and culture thrive, you can find her on a hike, at a brewery, or exploring everything Austin’s phenomenal dining scene has to offer.

Taylor Hicks

Operations Manager, DFW

Taylor was raised in Paris, TX, and headed to Lubbock after high school to attend Texas Tech. Over the past 10+ years, he’s worked in a variety of industries, picking up valuable leadership skills along the way. He’s outgoing, funny, and the kind of person you can always count on—whether it’s leading the Loot crew or just making the workday more enjoyable.

Taylor started at Loot as a delivery crew member in Austin and worked his way up to Operations Manager in Fort Worth through dedication, hard work, and his natural ability to lead a team. He takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that both his team and clients have the best experience possible.

Outside of work, Taylor loves spending time with his family—especially his nephew—cooking up a great meal, and splurging on a tomahawk steak when the occasion calls for it.

Heather Stuart

Sr. Inventory Coordinator, ATX

Heather was born and raised in Austin, TX. She left to study fashion design in Philadelphia, London and New York for about 10 years. She made her way back to Austin in 2011 and now is bringing all her textile skills to Loot, making sure our inventory is in top notch condition. In her free time, Heather loves hopping around the cities’ venues watching live music any chance she can get.

Chelsea Green

Procurement Manager, DFW

This Colorado born, ocean loving Hawaiian gal holds down our office in Fort Worth. Besides being a jack of all trades and organization guru for Loot, she has her own photography business, is mama to two young boys, and cooks the best chili (like has actually won awards for her secret recipe).

From Hawaii to Denver to Wichita to now Fort Worth, her journey has carried her to us, where she is the friendly voice on the other side of the phone and the smiling face you see when you enter our doors. When she’s not keeping us organized and on task, you can usually find her at home tackling her next project or relaxing on a patio with her highschool sweetheart (now hubby) and 2 boys.

PJ Rude

Marketing Coordinator, ATX

PJ, our California girl with a vintage lovers heart. We first found each other on Instagram way back in 2011 when we both had vintage rental businesses. We eventually found our way to work together after she and her family of 4 (6 if you count her dog and cat!) made the move to Austin during the pandemic in 2021.

She hails from a long background of prop and event styling, so she fits right in here at Loot where she gets to play every day – creating endless content for Loot’s marketing efforts.

When PJ isn’t creating beauty for Loot, you can find her creating equal amounts of beauty in her garden at home or spending quality time with her family outside in nature.

Bianka Keaveny

Client Relationship Lead – Partnerships + Accounts, ATX

Bianka is our Austin unicorn – born and raised! She is also what we like to call a true Loot super fan – in 2020 she was one of our lucky Free Love brides! Now we have the honor of having her on our sales team! She is the first smile you see when you walk into the Austin showroom and the warm hello when you call. When she’s not at Loot you can catch her reading a good book or hangin’ with her family and her sweet pup, Thor!

Josh Hernandez

Operations Assistant Manager, ATX

Another born and raised Austin unicorn! Josh joined the Loot family in August 2022 after proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps and living in Okinawa, Japan! So he definitely knows how to use chopsticks. When he’s not gracing our office with his witty one liners, dark humor, and positive attitude, you can find him with his face buried in a book somewhere in the warehouse. His love of books makes him the easiest person to buy gifts for.

Cameron Johnson

Operations Assistant Manager, ATX

Born and raised in Austin Texas hookem horn’s..so Cameron- better known as CJ, is definitely a Texan! CJ joined Loot in April of 2022. He has a positive attitude, so he makes it easy for people to talk to him. He loves to bake goodies, decorate cakes and spend time with his family. CJ loves to make someone’s vision come true!! He is Very Proud To Be A Looter!!

Rosie Wood

Operations Coordinator, ATX

Coming from the west coast Rosie was born and raised. On the beach was where she spent most of her days. Chillin’ out maxin’ out relaxin all cool. She helps the ATX warehouse stay organized and assists with all delivery logistics. When she’s not at Loot, you can find her out in Austin thrifting, on the lake, hiking, and spending time with her friends and puppy!

Mikey Morin

Fulfillment Operations Director, ATX

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…Comes a Jedi of old Mikey Morin born & raised in El Paso, TX. Mikey joined the Loot family in January 2022 as ATX Operations Manager. He feels that it’s amazing to be part of such an impactful business, creating memories and experiences for our clients. Aside from packing trucks and leading the crew, Mikey is a proud father, husband, and musician. He’s in a band!

Brooke Hicks

Marketing Manager, DFW

As a passionate advocate for branding and creative marketing, Brooke is committed to creating captivating experiences both online and IRL. With more than six years of marketing experience in the events industry, she’s learned that fostering meaningful connections is one of the most important things we can do in life (and in business!).

Outside of work, Brooke’s world revolves around her family — her furniture-obsessed husband, their silly three-year-old son, and baby girl. You’ll often find them exploring Fort Worth, hunting for treasures at thrift stores and estate sales, or elbow-deep in a DIY project.

Leo Loera

Inventory Operations Director, DFW

Leo comes from a long loyal residency at Pier 1 Imports where he perfected his warehouse organization and inventory management skills. Our Fort Worth warehouse is as spick and span as they come thanks to his expertise. When Leo isn’t spending his time managing our DFW warehouse operations, he is either off finding the next best cup of coffee, discovering a new brewery, or honing his craft as a rodeo photographer. He is a lover of cowboy hats, hearty breakfasts, and the West coast. But above all, he proudly holds his title as “Papi” to his two little sidekicks and is a doting husband to his wife of 8+ years.
