Loot Loves: The Peached Tortilla
We at Loot enjoy sharing wonderful local businesses that advance the Austin vibe…especially when they add Austin flair to weddings and events. The Peached Tortilla represented big time at our warehouse party on Feb. 21 and we can’t wait to share the spotlight with them again soon. Maybe as caterer at your wedding or event? And why not use our vintage cafeteria trays to receive food from this food truck that has received coveted honors such as the Best Food Truck of the Year in Austin as well as Best Slider by world renowned Food & Wine magazine?
The truck’s founder, Eric Silverman, decided to start his business so he could share his influences from Tokyo and other parts of Asia as well from his southern roots in Atlanta, Ga. Professionally trained chef and business partner, Mark Tamiso helped to bring new concepts and tastes to the palettes of Austinites. Trust me, your buds will thank you.
Thank you to manager Hope Furst for indulging us in answering our very pressing questions so we could get to know The Peached Tortilla just a little better.
