We Came to Commune: The Launch Party Recap
Twice a year, we take the styles and designs that are inspiring us, stage a grand photo shoot, and turn it into a lookbook that we can then send out to hopefully inspire our fans and followers. And then we have a party.
The months-long labor of love that is our Fall/Winter lookbook, Commune, culminated with a Loot house party full of retro style. Bamboo beaded curtains and globe lanterns hung overhead, while textural jute and flokati rugs laid underfoot. We debuted our two newest lounges, full of velvet and vintage leather, plus plenty of 70s vibes.
Our photo booth featured a cork board backdrop full of our style inspiration for the lookbook, plus a polaroid to keep it authentic, and Gypsy Floral led flower crown tutorials so that all of our inner flower child urges could come to life.
Drink Slingers ATX poured lively fall-themed libations, as well as Waterloo Sparkling Waters in a myriad of flavors. La Pera Catering served tacos and tostadas that disappeared so quickly, we didn’t have time to snap a picture. But trust us when we say that our bellies were full and our thirst was slaked thanks to these incredible sponsors.
We’re so excited to get a copy of Commune into your hands, and we’re so grateful for everyone that came out to celebrate its launch with us! It was a magical evening, and we’re already itching to host another night of revelry with you soon.
