As the impact of coronavirus continues to evolve, we remain committed to providing a superb customer experience while taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health of our employees, customers and partners.

In our Austin location, we will meet with clients at a safe distance by appointment only. To encourage safe practices, we ask that no more than two customers in the same party visit at one time. Please be a friend and wear your mask to your appointment.
To ensure the health and safety of our employees, we require frequent hand washing and sanitization of public use areas. We also require our employees to wear masks if coming into close proximity to clients or co-workers. A logged temperature check is mandatory for every staff member before beginning work each day.
Every hard surface will be wiped down with a commercial grade disinfectant prior to delivery and on-site to ensure that no virus pathogens are present. Upholstered items will be sprayed after every use with fabric safe commercial-grade disinfectant and wrapped in plastic until their next usage. Our customer’s peace of mind is top priority and we are taking safety measures very seriously.
We have been working hard throughout the shelter-in-place period to refresh and improve our processes and policies to better serve our clients. Our delivery crew has adopted new safety procedures which include mask wearing, frequent hand washing, and temperature checks. All inventory is thoroughly disinfected between uses and on-site for any hard surfaces they have touched. We also encourage contactless deliveries and pick-ups with clients requesting delivery services.
In essence, we will be following the protocols as set forth by the governor in his report to open Texas released on April 27, 2020.
We expect a huge comeback in the events industry and are doing our part to be fully prepared for when events pick up again. We want to ensure we are not only fulfilling our promise to be the best specialty event rental company Texas has to offer, but also provide items that have been fully disinfected in a safe and risk free environment.
In addition, we have been excited to roll out more staging inventory to help sell those beautiful homes on the market. We’ve also been excited to offer more furnishings for sale to help create home workspaces and refresh interiors that inspire you to live your best life.
