Hello all Friends and Fans of Loot!
We are excited to celebrate our fifth anniversary in business and wanted to extend a huge thank you to all of you who have helped and supported us along the way. All the encouragement has elevated Loot to heights we never dreamed we’d reach!
These new heights have also encouraged us to evaluate our process to make sure we continue to provide the highest quality Loot that you’ve come to expect from us. We’ve decided to adopt new policies in order to keep up with the demand of the Loot while maintaining our level of excellence.
Effective March 2016, we are accepting orders of $1000 and more for rentals (not including delivery and set up). We want to make sure you receive the detailed quality of all our pieces without running our small crew too thin. This new policy does not apply to orders placed before March 2016. Additionally, we would happily consider smaller orders for our Frequent Looters (event professionals with which we have the pleasure of working four or more events per year).
Furthermore, we will be discontinuing will-call orders aside from our Frequent Looters. Any Frequent Looter will-calls will be accepted for table top and accessory items only. We will need our professional crew to handle the furniture and upholstered pieces. We have learned through the years that because of the delicacy of our unique pieces, they are best handled by our trained staff. Plus, this allows our clients to rest easier knowing they are not responsible for any damages that might be endured through the movement process.
We are excited to set sail on our sixth year of Loot Vintage Rentals and are so looking forward to more beautiful events with you! Thank you again for allowing us to do what we love.
